Warranty Information
U-Guard Truck and SUV Accessories offers the original purchaser a limited lifetime warranty from defects in material and workmanship on all stainless steel polish products. This warranty does not cover shipping damage, misuse, mishandling, road hazards, product modifications, or discoloration. This warranty does not cover cost for installation, removal, labor or shipping. This warranty only applies to new products installed on the original vehicle. The warranty covers the replacement or repair of any part(s) that are fdefective and returned to credit will be issued to distributors once all returned goods are inspected by U-Guard.
Buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever from the installation and use of U-Guard products. U-Guard products are sold as appearance accessories and should not be relied upon as protection for the vehicle or occupants in the event of a collision or roll over. Vehicles equipped with a supplement restraints system (air bags) deployed by impact should not be modified by any aftermarket bumper accessories without first consulting the vehicle manufacturer. U-Guard Truck and SUV Accessories Delved Ltd. assumes no liability for injury, loss, incidental or consequential damages in the event of an accident.
Claims
Shipment shortages and damages must be claimed against carrier/freight company at the time of delivery. Customer must note the claim on the bill of lading/freight bill at the time of delivery and request an inspection by the carrier immediately. All shortages within U-Guard boxes must be reported to U-Guard within seven days of receipt of shipment. No claims will be allowed thereafter. Do not deduct claimed shortages from invoices when making payment. Credit memo(s) will be issued when the carrier pays the claim. Deductions taken without referencing a credit memo will not be honored.
Returns
A 5 percent re-stocking fee will be charged on any non manufacturing defective related return goods, all return products must be in original packaging (including hardware) and return with prepaid freight. A credit will be issued to customers once returned items are inspected by U-Guard
Terms
All shipments are C.O.D. unless payment is received with order or prior arrangements have been made for open account.
Shipments
U-Guard reserves the right to select motor carrier on all prepaid shipments.
U-Guard does offer drop shipping services to all customers, all drop shipments can be either pick-up by motor couriers arranged by customers or selected by U-Guard. A 5 percent of drop ship handling fee will be applied to all orders that are shipped to a non-billing address, plus freight if shipped by U-Guard's delivery trucks or motor couriers. Drop ship service available for both U.S. and Canada.
